Relying on years of litigation and trial experience, David works to develop a case strategy that moves each case forward and justifies the verdict or settlement sought. The case strategy is supported by facts obtained through directed discovery and pretrial preparation. David works to determine the facts that really matter, and to present them to the factfinder in a simple and understandable way. While most cases settle before trial, he believes this approach provides significant benefits to each client, whether the case ultimately resolves by settlement or verdict.
David is a native of St. Petersburg, and currently resides in Palm Harbor, Florida. He graduated from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, David was a member of Stetson’s Law Review.
