Colin Reeves focuses his practice on appeals and supporting trial lawyers with writing, research, and strategy.
Colin is an accomplished appellate and trial attorney with extensive experience litigating high-stakes cases across the country. Before joining Dolman Law, Colin was an attorney at a plaintiff-side appellate boutique where he worked on appeals and complex district-court cases. He also co-directed the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School.
Colin graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. After graduating, he clerked for a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and worked for a civil-rights and criminal-defense firm in Manhattan.
Colin is admitted to practice in New York, the Third Circuit, Fourth Circuit, Fifth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, Seventh Circuit, Eighth Circuit, Ninth Circuit, Tenth Circuit, District of Nebraska, District of Colorado, Western District of Wisconsin, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
