Sexual Abuse Litigation Attorney
Tori is an experienced trial attorney who has completed more than a dozen jury trials to verdict throughout her legal career. She represents survivors of sexual abuse and individuals harmed by negligence, drawing on years of courtroom experience as both a prosecutor and civil litigator.
Before joining Dolman Law Group, Tori practiced corporate litigation at a civil defense firm, where she represented major automotive clients in complex civil matters. She handled numerous depositions and participated in every stage of trial preparation, developing extensive litigation experience across a broad range of legal issues.
Tori began her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Riverside County, California, where she served for approximately six years. During her time as a prosecutor, she handled numerous high-profile cases involving gang violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. She spent two years in the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit, prosecuting cases involving child molestation and abuse.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Philosophy, from the University of Redlands before receiving her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law with an emphasis in Criminal Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Mock Trial Team and served as a legal research assistant.
Outside of her practice, Tori has volunteered as a coach for local high school Mock Trial teams and with the Boys & Girls Club of San Jacinto, where she educated young people about the role and responsibilities of prosecutors.
With a strong litigation background and a deep commitment to survivor advocacy, Tori brings empathy, compassion, and determination to every client she represents.
