Michael A. Baudinet is a brief-writing attorney who supports complex plaintiff-side litigation through strategic legal research, persuasive writing, and issue-focused advocacy.

Mr. Baudinet brings more than a decade of experience in high-stakes litigation, including extensive work in federal courts. Before joining Dolman Law, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Virginia, where he directed investigations and prosecutions involving white-collar crime, complex fraud, cybercrime, environmental crime, and racketeering. He also briefed and argued cases before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to his tenure at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Mr. Baudinet practiced at a large international law firm, focusing on complex litigation and regulatory investigations. In that role, he represented clients in matters involving government regulators such as the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He also conducted internal investigations and litigated complex disputes in federal and state courts.

Mr. Baudinet earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice in Virginia.
