Jamie Mauhay Powers is a mass torts and complex litigation attorney known for her dedication to social justice and community advocacy. Born in Davao City, Philippines, Jamie began her career in the California Legislature, where she served as a Legislative Director and Chief of Staff. During law school, Jamie’s worked as a Legislative Advocate with the Child Abuse Prevention Center and Head Start California, reflecting a longstanding commitment to community-centered advocacy and protecting vulnerable populations.

After graduating magna cum laude, Jamie developed a practice focused on mass torts, large-scale consumer litigation, and matters involving survivors of sexual assault. Jamie now supports Dolman Law Group’s sexual assault and mass tort litigation practice, bringing extensive experience in complex case management, legislative advocacy, and trauma-informed client representation. Her work has earned significant recognition, including the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in Civil Litigation (2023, 2024) and Super Lawyers® Rising Stars℠ (2024).

A frequent national speaker, Jamie has presented at the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Winter and Summer Conventions and the National Trial Lawyers Summit. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Lincoln Law School, serves on the AAJ National College of Advocacy Board of Directors, and teaches yoga.
