Emily Margolin is an Associate advocating for adult survivors of sexual abuse. 

Emily compassionately represents survivors through a client-centered approach, creating individualized strategies to meet her clients’ unique needs. She fosters authentic working relationships steeped in empowering practices, including empathizing with survivors’ past traumas and valuing self-preservation. As a result, Emily’s clients feel confident in facing the challenging nature of litigation, knowing she is there to advocate for their best interests. 

Prior to joining Dolman Law, Emily worked with adult survivors of sexual abuse in New York prisons and jails and in tenant defense law at the Legal Aid Society through the Bronx Housing Court, where she advocated for low-income families to prevent evictions and housing instability. 

Emily received her B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she received the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award and the Inspire! Student Impact Award for public service. Emily joined the firm in October 2025.
