Kendall Follert 

Sexual Abuse and Civil Litigation Attorney

Kendall Follert is a civil trial attorney at Dolman Law Group focused on sexual abuse litigation. Kendall’s work focuses on holding corporations, institutions, and organizations accountable when negligence, misconduct, or failures in oversight contribute to sexual abuse, exploitation, or harm to vulnerable individuals.

She works closely with clients throughout the litigation process, combining strategic advocacy with a thoughtful and client-centered approach.

Her practice focuses on cases involving schools, foster care organizations, religious institutions, youth-serving organizations, and other entities entrusted with the safety and well-being of children.

Before joining Dolman Law Group, Kendall practiced at a California plaintiff-side litigation firm, where she worked on large-scale mass tort matters involving complex legal and factual issues. 

Kendall earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and served on the Editorial Board of the Pepperdine Law Review.

While attending law school, Kendall worked as a law clerk on a sexual abuse litigation team and gained additional experience through a judicial externship with the Los Angeles Superior Court and an internship with the Colorado Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section.

Prior to law school, she earned a Master of Arts in Art History from New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, cum laude with Highest Honors, from Williams College.
