Sometimes the most seemingly benign consumer products can cause serious injuries. As a case in point, Office Depot has recently announced a recall of its Office Depot brand Gibson Leather Task Chairs due to a risk of serious injury. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC)
recall summary, the chairs are constructed in such a way as to create a risk of the mounting plate weld breaking, separating the seat from its base creating the potential for users to fall. Because of the serious injuries that may result from an unexpected fall, consumers who have been injured by these or any other defective office chairs should
contact one of the Clearwater product liability attorneys at the Dolman Law Group Accident Injury Lawyers, PA, immediately.
