Description: Initial offer in this case was for $6500. Travelers Insurance refused to acknowledge that our client’s injuries were caused by their client’s negligence. In fact, they retained multiple expert witnesses in an attempt to contend that his injuries were caused solely by preexisting osteophytic complex/degenerative disc disease that, they claimed, long pre-dated the collision. This was not the case since our client was asymptomatic prior to the car wreck.
